I received a forwarded mail from one of my friend in an MNC. The forwarded mail was a discussion thread on their internal common mailing list. Though it's a bit late to blog it as I've got it last month-end, still I found it too interesting to blog. Please go through the mail below and read from BOTTOM TO TOP to understand how s/w guys made a conclusion.

I was kinda wondering about that as well. What if we just ‘teach’ our customers how to code applications?
